Organize Store Boxes with SVG Boxes

I love to organize! That is the main reason I started SVGBoxCuts.com. I was constantly saving boxes, but I never had the size I needed, so I decided to start making my own. This way anytime I wanted to rearrange things, I could just make new boxes that fit what I wanted. No more waiting until I found the right size or “making due” with what I had available. Then I also realized I could customize and organize the large store boxes with SVG boxes.

Here are a few tips for organizing larger boxes with SVG boxes:

–  Measure your store box depth and select smaller SVG boxes by using our “Select Box by Height” category.
– Measure the width of your box and buy one template you can cut several times and place side by side or select various sizes from one width category. (Such as a 2x2x2, a 2x3x2, a 2x1x2) That way all the SVG boxes will have one width that is the same for aligning, but allow you different compartment sizes.
–  If you want the boxes to fit snug in the larger box, you may need to slightly resize our SVG templates (See #3)
–  If you do not want to mess with trying to make everything fit perfect, consider using the extra space around the edge of the box for smaller supplies (As I did for stickers in #1)
–  You may also use thick cardboard to fill in gaps if you do not have small supplies and would like a tight fit without resizing. (See #4)
–  I used double sided tape to hold my SVG boxes together inside the larger box. This way they would be neater and hold their position.
–  You may also choose to use double sided tape to hold the small boxes into the larger one. (Beware: some double sided tape is extremely sticky and may rip your store box should you decide you want to rearrange things later.)

Here are a few combinations I used.

1.  Customize Large Store Boxes for Craft Supplies / Holiday Decorations

2.  Divide Store boxes with SVG boxes for Journal Cards and Tags

3.  Divide smaller boxes for Stickers and Embellishments

4.  Organize Craft Supplies with SVG boxes.

5.  Customize a Store Drawer Organizer for your needs

I hope this has given you some great ideas.
