you agree that the files are the property of SVGBoxCuts.com and are licensed to you for your personal (non-commercial)
use as a single user.

PERSONAL USE ONLY! FILES ARE NOT FOR RESALE, TRADING, SHARING, DISTRIBUTION OR COMMERCIAL USE.

YOU MAY:
-Create 3D boxes for gifts, personal or commercial use
-Use any tags, words, etc. for your PERSONAL use on boxes, scrapbook pages, cards, etc.
-Install files on multiple computers that YOU OWN
-Alter files for your PERSONAL use but not to sell
-Display your finished product (3D box) online

YOU MAY NOT:
-Share the templates or files on file sharing sites or any website
-Alter the templates or files in any way to share on sharing sites or any website
-Resell, loan, trade, share or distribute the templates or files
-Alter templates or files in any way to sell, loan, trade, share or distribute
-Copy templates or files (unless for Personal back-up files)
-Print templates or files to sell, loan, trade, share or distribute
-Print altered templates or files to sell, loan, trade, share or distribute

Permission for site use
Use of this site allows you a limited license to access and make personal us of this site and not to download or modify it, or any portion of it. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose. You may not use any data gathering and extraction tools. You may not collect or distribute any personal identification information form this website. You may not reproduce, sell or duplicate any portion of this site.

General Agreement
By placing an order (free or purchased) you understand these are NOT physical products. Nothing will be mailed to you. All products are digital downloads. Patterns and designs displayed on boxes and lids are NOT included with the file.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of these products, there are NO RETURNS. Make sure to try the FREE BOX & LID TEMPLATE SET with your cutting program before you make a monetary purchase. If you have any problems with a file, please email us within 7 days at support@svgboxcuts.com or use the Contact Form, so we may replace the file.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We will never sell, trade or give away your information to a third party.

Payment Information
Payments are made through PayPal. SVGBoxCuts.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, their content or procedures. By using PayPal, you expressly relieve SVGBoxCuts.com from any liability that may arise while using the PayPal site. We do not have access to any of your financial information.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance, including negligence, shall SVGBoxCuts.com or it’s owners be held responsible for any damages or loss the results from the use of, or inability to use the digital files downloaded from www.svgboxcuts.com.
